CARDIOLOGISTS

Mina A. Jacob, M.D., FACC, FSCAI
Dr. Jacob earned his medical degree at Alexandria University in Egypt and completed both his cardiology and interventional cardiology training at St. Vincent's Hospital at the University of Massachusetts in Worcester, MA. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology with an emphasis in peripheral vascular medicine. He is also board certified in Nuclear Cardiology.

John Akiki, M.D., FACC
Dr. Akiki received his Medical Doctorate degree from the Lebanese University in Beirut, Lebanon. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine and was Chief Medical Resident at Staten Island University Hospital in New York, NY. He completed a fellowship in Invasive Cardiology at State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Akiki is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease.

Raquel DeCamp, P.A.-C.
After receiving an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO, Raquel earned her physician assistant certification from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN.

Kristi Shiver, N.P.-C.
Kristi earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. While working as a registered nurse at Saint Joseph's Cardiovascular Step-Down Unit, she returned to Georgia State University and completed her Master of Science Degree in Nursing. She is a certified Nurse Practitioner and a member of nursing’s Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.
